DIANE'S FAVORITE DEVILED EGGS

1 dozen hard boiled eggs
Mayonnaise
Splenda
Bacon
Green Onion
salt & pepper
Cayenne Pepper or Paprika (optional)

Cut eggs in half length-wise and pop yolks into a bowl. Add enough salt, pepper, mayo, and Splenda to taste. Cook bacon (abt 4 slices?) and crumble up into small pcs. Cut green onion into small pcs. Add bacon and onion to yolks and mix. Fill the eggs with the yolk mixture and sprinkle with Cayenne Pepper or Paprika.


NOTES: These went over big at a party - not one egg was left! I love these when I get tired of eating eggs or regular deviled eggs. They are more work, but worth it!
