1 pound large cocktail shrimp w/tails on
butter or margerine for frying
Ragu Alredo Sauce
white cooking wine
garlic
salt/pepper
cayenne pepper
parmesan cheese
Defrost shrimp if frozen; saute in butter, salt and pepper, garlic, and a little white cooking wine until hot. Add enough alfredo sauce, cayenne pepper and parmesan cheese to your liking, and eat!
NOTES: I made this with cocktail shrimp because thats all I had, but I found that it worked out great! They were already cooked, which made it a VERY fast meal to make. Just don't cook them too long. I buy them frozen in a bag at Kroger for about $11.99 a bag. Sometimes they are on sale for about 7.99. An easy way to defrost them is too cut a small hole in the bottom corner of the bag and let water run through opening at the top. I eat this as is, but it would be good served on the Dreamfields pasta, but use more sauce that way.
