1/2 pkg cream cheese (softened)
1 egg
1 packet of Splenda
Dash Cinnamon
1 t. vanilla
Mix everything until creamy and microwave for 1-2 minutes.
The middle will be soft (like a danish filling). I find its
best to mix it REALLY well (like with a hand mixer) until very creamy.
NOTES: Some people don't care for a soft middle and microwave it a little longer.
You can eat it as is, served with butter, or topped with sugar free syrup or jam.
Some think it tastes too eggy, but I think if you mix it well enough and cook it just right,
it should not have too eggy of a taste. I also love making the Chocolate Danish (see below)!
Chocolate Mock Danish
